Dragons running club proudly presenting a Cheque to Giving to pink breast care nurse & committee representative Ann Davies & Teresa Jeffries-Callaghan a member of the Dragons running club & a member of GTP volunteers. The Dragons committee & members organised & took part in an event over Christmas in the Dare Valley Country park. Hundred of people took part in the Santa fun run all dressed as Santa Claus.
All profits from this event which was £921.60 was donated to Giving To Pink to help fund a specialist breast care unit. Giving to Pink would like to say a big thank you to everyone involved in raising this large amount of money.
The Dragons running club is an affiliated club, friendly & encouraging. They meet twice a week at Abercmboi rugby club, all abilities are welcomed.
